Uses Canadian brand meat!

For pork, we use Canadian brand meat "Omugi Finished Sangenton".The meat is marinated in a special sauce that is a mixture of apple juice and Worcestershire sauce, and then grilled at a low temperature for about 3 hours to cook the meat to the core.

You can enjoy the original taste of meat♪
